From start to finish
From start to finish, Rachel was very friendly, helpful and supportive. There are 5 of us travelling, myself, my eldest daughter and her 12 year old son and my youngest daughter with her youngest son who will be 5. Rachel took the time to check out all of the room permutations and prices, also taking into account flight times on different days. She even found us a private transfer at an unbelievably reasonable cost.
All in all a very positive experience. Thank you

I spoke with Clare in the workington store today and once again got amazing service, I only called in to see how far in advance I got book and I left with the holiday. Amazing service nothing was to much to ask for. I wouldn't go anywhere else for booking holiday now

Great experience
Aidan was very knowledgeable about the Canary Islands (best areas to go for some winter sun, hotel recommendations etc). He found us a good price for our last minute break away, nothing was too much trouble and he was very patient with us. We walked out of the store with everything we need including airport hotel and parking.
