difficulty finding the claim forms
I originally had difficulty finding the claim form on the web pages. These links were not in an obvious place.
I therefore reverted to a postal claim which then went through and money paid in to my account in a decent amount of time.
Making the claim form link more accessible would make claims a lot easier .
