I got my BMW from here in February. I am so pleased with the service provided. They were brilliant from the moment I walked in to view some cars to the moment I left. I will recommend them to friends and family and I will be using them again.

Went into the showroom and bought my daughter her first car today, from entering the premises to completing on buying the car was excellent, my experience was the best by far I’ve experienced over two weeks of visiting other showrooms, the guys made me feel very comfortable as I’ve not been shown this previously at other garages being a woman, was taken on a test drive for a couple of cars to see which one would be more suitable, can’t recommend this garage enough, the owner came over to make sure everything was good too. So to other lady customers hopefully will be reassured you will be looked after here.

Just passed my test recently visited hearsall common car sales. Had a great experience large selection of all makes and models. Purchased my first car. Customer sales team were excellent and very helpful. My new 1st car is in excellent condition runs very smoothly and great value for money. Had a very pleasant experience buying a car for my mum, no pressure and found what what i was looking for left a deposit, the car was valeted ready for pick up and even included a service, very happy and would certainly look for myself as so many cars so no lack of choice.

Absolutely awful experience with Graylands car sales team (the sister site to Hearsall.) I purchased my car from Hearsall Common car sales (no problems, good service, fair price on car) however there was issues with the car afterwards and I was sent to Graylands. Staff were rude, dishonest and made me feel extremely vulnerable. Avoid at all costs, no car is worth being treated so awfully and after two months the issue is still not resolved.

Car came with no locking wheel nut which we discovered when we had a puncture so had to have removed and new set refitted after we spoke to the garage who said it must have not came with one. We then discovered that it had one wrong size tyre on the front bare in mind it had a fresh mot done 3 weeks ago when we picked it up obviously using a mot place that must receive back handlers for straight passes 🤔 to then be told you should have brought it back to us to sort. Well obviously we would have if we weren’t stranded with a flat tyre with no way of getting it off !!!!!! Numerous calls over weeks saying oh we’ll call you back. Avoid at all cost!!!!
The only positive I have was the salesman Ashley who was so apologetic that there was nothing he could do and the owners word was final.

The worse experience ever of purchasing a car! My son 18 bought his first car from here, as soon as we got it home lights on the dash appeared after getting it checked at my local garage it had a cooling system issue and the repair cost would be £900! The sales guy and the owner of guy the business are cowboys and basically either lied or argued to try and make the problem go away as they wouldnt accept that they needed to repair it. I couldn’t bring it back to them as it wasn’t fit to drive. We ended up filing this in the small claims court, they settled out of court and they paid every single penny owed back to us including my local garage inspection fee. Advise to anyone conned by these cowboys, know your rights and take them to the small claims court, it’s the only way you will get what you are owed!! AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Honesty, kindness. Patience. Extremely flexible with time and they do everything they can to put you at ease. I suffer from anxiety and stress and the guys were so understanding.

Even gone above and beyond from talking to me before I visited to on the day they were so upfront and honest i ended up getting car i loved more then the one i was aiming for and now I can't wait to go and pick up my new car.

My 19 yo son put a deposit down on a car and arranged to take it for a test drive. He came home from uni in Bath the night before specifically. He could see the car had been put in for its MOT that day and failed. They took a whole week to get the work done to get it to pass. My son needed that week to get used to the car before driving it back down to Bath. He actually saw the same model for sale on auto trader, less mileage and less money so he was very happy but it only gave him a couple of days to practice driving it. Very disappointed with this dealership messing my son about. They blamed the bank holiday weekend but they could’ve got it done.

I brought a car late jan it never sounded right. The vehical broke down on the 21st of may and since then I’ve been living a nightmare. The staff are rude and liars especially the manager called Julian. The timing chain has snapped on the vehicle which isn’t a cheap fix and they won’t have nothing to do with it even though it’s within my consumer rights to which I was told I have no rights. They told my finance company they rang me 4 times and would assist with the vehicle which was a LIE!!!! I’ve never ever been spoken to so rudely I’ve not even had so much as an apology. We are now 4 weeks in and still no further. They are very much pushing the blame onto myself which makes me think they knew the car was faulty!!!!
WORST CAR COMPANY IN THE UK AVOID!!!!!!!!!! I will be taking legal action.

PROBLEM AFTER PROBLEM.
I got a car from these in December ‘23 and as soon as I drove it home it has the engine oil pressure fault light come on. Since then they have had the car back at the Graylands garage 3 times and each time they’ve said they have fixed the fault and then a few weeks later it comes up again. One problem after the other with this garage. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I MADE.

Part of Graylands.co.uk I can openly and honestly say this is by far the WORST car buying experience I have ever experienced. From the start the car we bought from them threw oil out all over our driveway and was recovered back to garage. Then the car was away at Graylands for two weeks and several salesman lied stating it was being worked on as crank seal and sump were leaking. I went and found the garage where they had taken the car to be told they had only had it four days confirming the lies I had been told and furthermore they stated they would not be able to do the work on the car as they were too busy. Had I not have challenged the garage I would still be waiting for it. A salesman called Julian is nothing short of rude, incompetent and unable to provide a service to the customer.

***please please avoid this garage ! ***

If you want a trustworthy car, and a professional after sales team DO NOT go here !
