This company is a scam lost nearly $5,000.00 with them and they had the nerve to ask for more money when they "say" they reached a settlement with 1 of my creditors. What ever good reviews you read the person is not being honest or it could be a representative from Heartland writing the review.
I am already struggling and to take advantage of someone like this is unethical. I pray that someone reads this review and does not utilize Heartland and for those who have recently signed with them, cancel your contract and go with a reputable company!!!!

Mirna Caballero was very helpful. She answered all my questions. Very knowledgeable.

I am just starting my adventure with Heartland. They have thoroughly discussed and fully understand my problem. I was given a careful explanation of how their service works and they have kept in close contact with me to make sure that everything is moving along as it should. Today I worked with Chris who is still refining my process and has been very pleasant and helpful. It is still too early to see much progress but I am confident that they will perform as advertised.

I spoke with Chelsea Kennedy this morning about an issue with an email offer that I received. She was very helpful in resolving my issues and concerns and took care of everything quickly and very efficiently, which hopefully lets me take advantage of the offer received in the email. I was too quick to make a hasty decision and she helped reverse my stupidity. I know sometimes it seems like the program is taking a long time to show results, but I'm confident that correcting my mistake today was the right choice in moving forward to being debt free. Best wishes and Happy New Year to all the Heartland staff and their clients! May we all have a better financial status in 2021! I know with Heartland's help and wonderful employees like Chelsea, I'm going to be doing much better.

I had a great experience today. Once again I found myself downsized due to COVID and needed some time to recoup. The individual that assisted me was pleasant and helpful and was able to provide me with a 30 day period without payment. This will be extremely helpful during this difficult time.

Alex was so helpful today. I called in a panic due to creditor issues. He reassured me that Heartland had my back and he was able to explain to me what was going on with ease and knowledge. Heartland has superb customer service! Thanks again Alex!

It’s a scam! Please do yourself a favor and save your own money. You will regret it if you do. Just talk directly to whoever you owe money with. Don’t pay them because they will only take all your money and if you cancel or withdraw, all your money will be gone. They won’t give it back. Trust me, take it from me because, they never did anything to my case and they took all my money.

I’ve had nothing but positive interaction with them. The representative I had today was most helpful! With the time of uncertainty the way it is right now especially this whole year, I can say they have done nothing but try to help. So 5 stars from me for them.

first of all i would like to say i was very skeptical only because i was taught something sounds good it probably isn't. But with talking with the sales person i originally talked with (????) after explaining everything i had to pay he totally was on the same page and immediately new what i needed .He then explained everything in great detail. I totally understood without any question, but i was still a little skeptical he new this and assured me this is a very good idea and after i did the math believe me it was and is. They also have a online service for clients and very easy to understand they also stay in touch with you to assure you . So far everything is going exactly the way they said it would, on my first settlement they have saved me 600.00 dollars i would recommend them highly

The person I spoke with was courteous however my problem is not solved. I have made three calls since 11/16 to correct the balance on the account ending in 1190. I am trying to add three new accounts. You picked up the others fine but not the account ending in 1190. The last two people I spoke with assured me they had the correct statement showing the amount of $24,000. But today the lady couldn’t find it.

The statement amount shows $10,295. But I had charged more on the account since the cut off and I had also made a payment of 1,295.86 because I didn’t know we were going to add this account to the program.

I also sent activity since the last statement cut off showing the current balance as 24,000.0. This simply should be that hard
