Do not trust I have been dealing with…
Do not trust I have been dealing with them since last year i have paid way ahead And they still haven't resolved my last 2 accounts saying its the third party's fault. customer service is really bad one rep tells u one thing another tells you another. They put you on long hold times and disconnects constantly. When you ask for a manager they don’t and if they say they will call you do not believe them. Also dont bother emailing they will tell you to call.

Has not had a positive experience with…
Has not had a positive experience with job completion. Multiple summons and failure to contact creditors resulting in my family now being called by creditors. Its been over 9months and only one debt has been settled. I was promised they all would be done in about 9 months.

I'd give 0 stars if I could
I'd give 0 stars if I could. Since December when I terminated my contract I have been given the run around on when my refund would be returned. I signed a general release and settlement January 4th and was told that day the check was coming. Here we are in February and NO REFUND. This company lacks communication, honesty, and integrity when working with their customers. I have sought legal help since they are in breach of contract, cannot give me a straight answer, and now point the finger at another company unrelated to this issue. I believe in karma, and after a BBB complaint and report to state bar, hopefully the karma that comes is that Heartland "legal" group will no longer be able to stay in business and take advantage of customers like they have with me and apparently so many others.

Terrible Comany!
This was a terrible decision to allow heartland to handle my accounts. I was told that settlements would be reached with my various creditors anywhere from 9-12 months and after 18 months they still haven’t reached a settlement. They keep saying they need more money in my account. I ask how much and still nothing. They informed me of how much my monthly payments are at the beginning of the contract so I don’t understand why they are saying they need more money. I call the negotiator and he hasn’t responded in over a month. Keep calling and just getting the run around. This is not what they stated at the beginning. Businesses that don’t stand behind their services.... can’t stand this.
