disappointed, searched online for a timer, Heating and Catering Parts came up, I ordered the timer, when it arrived it was clearly 2nd hand, there was no mention of this on the original advert, nothing.

Delivered in record time and worked with no problems. Well packaged. It would be great if it didn’t cost as much or you offered a discount if I returned my old PCB to you guys for recommissioning thinking about sustainability.

I needed a new Baxi 105e diverter valve replacement 248061 and found one on there website and was thrilled to have found one which offered a speedy delivery. The description was spot on and the pictures showed all the required seals needed to refit the new components, perfect.
It arrived within 2 days but there wasn’t any seals with it, I emailed straight away and was asked to send photos of what I had purchased, surely they would have known from my order number. I got a quick response saying they would be shipped out.
Still no seals, so emailed again after a week and told it would be sorted and posted now we are 15 days since ordered and still waiting!
Can’t fit without new seals
