We’ve just taken delivery of our very large oak dining table. Dean has been extremely helpful and even delivered it himself to ensure perfect installation. He delivered on time and our experience with HV has been extremely professional and pleasant from start to finish.

We purchased a table from Henry Valentine in 2023. We decided on a particular bespoke design which cost over £3500. Dean was very helpful and polite and keen to gain the business. Unfortunately, splits in the wood occurred very early on but Dean did come out to repair. A week or so later, a crack appeared through the middle table from end to end. We cannot get hold of Dean, the company has moved from the industrial estate in Loughborough and he has locked my number.£3500 and a cracked table?? I’d stay away from this guy

We took delivery of our table in November 2023 , initially we were really pleased we had looked at various tables before deciding on this one and Dean was friendly and helpful.
Sadly after a few weeks the table and matching bench split . I called Dean and he did come out to repair, he left saying if I had any more issues he would make another. When it did happen again and I tried to call he has blocked my number and my husband’s number too. Don’t buy this product if u want something to last or any after service ! Poor quality and terrible service!!!!

We have just received our table and bench and are really pleased with it. Dean was so accommodating and made it exactly how I wanted. The quality and craftsmanship is fantastic

We have just had a beautiful linear oak dining table delivered by Henry Valentine Furniture. It’s exactly what we were looking for and looks great. Dean was extremely helpful and has made us the perfect table. It’s excellent quality and we are so pleased with it. Would definitely recommend HV furniture. Thank you.

Lovely geometric design table with a resin inlay. I have had it since 2021 and it’s still as good as new. Really beautifully made. Easy to clean and maintain - no marks even with two kids! Excellent customer service too!

In 2023 we purchased a dining room table which we loved. After 5 months we noticed that the table was starting to bow and we could no longer get our chair armrests under the table at either end. We spoke to Dean at Henry Valentine Furniture who was initially very helpful. He said they would change the design to strengthen the table and sent us a replacement table top. Nine months later the second table has developed the same fault and Henry Valentine Furniture will not return phone calls or emails. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. The tables look lovely but are not made to last. We are now having to go through small claims court to get our money back.
