If I could give 0 stars I would! Firstly, it took an absolute age to receive the product. It came from China. Then within just a matter of weeks at a low wash, a number of the letters came off the strip. We contacted Heritage and because it was over a month since we purchased it, they would do nothing! £40 down the drain and a very unhappy son! Recommend you go elsewhere for your strips.

I placed my order (a Mexican '86 kit) on 20/06 & got it on 17/07. Honestly I got worried because it took about a month & at some point I had no idea if I got scammed (especially after reading many negative reviews) cause I couldn't open the link showing where my order was at. I sent them 2 e-mails and eventually they sent me a new link that worked. Hopefully the shirt reached me & tbh I was surprised by its quality, much better than I expected. To conclude imma give them 4 stars, considering the distance (from China to Greece) , the unexpectedly good quality and the fact that I didn't have to pay for shipping

It's a NO star from me, ordered 2XL, received a Medium, told they don't accept returns!!! My fault they sent me the wrong size.....THEY WONT ACCEPT RETURNS.....AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!

Too weeks for the shirt to arrive and when it finally did it was rubbish - poor quality, even the wrong colour. To top it off, you follow the instructions to initiate a refund to then be told they don’t support returns in the UK. Avoid!

Item sent was terrible quality, and incredibly small for a Large. Tried reaching via their website and email and no reply after a week. AVOID. Thought it was worth the gamble based off the reviews, and it certainly wasn't. £40 down the drain!!

Ordered a shirt took ages to come. Product eventually came although the shirt was nice I normally comfortably fit into a size XL I couldn’t even get it on it was so small. I will say they do email back but they don’t offer a returns policy which I find amazing for a company selling clothing! They could only offer me a discount on another shirt. So I took a gamble agreed and paid again for the next size up a 2XL. Product eventually arrived after about 2 weeks and again it’s so small it’s ridiculous not even close to being a normal sized XL let alone a 2XL. Shirt has adidas label in the back no way it can be the sizing is ridiculous and the fact they don’t offer returns is a joke. Avoid and go elsewhere wish I would have read the other reviews as seems to be a common theme!

The Jersey came after about 3 weeks of waiting and to be fair the top is nice....

Unfortunately nothing else about this company is. I ordered two sizes L/XL so I can see which one would fit better. The website says returns are available and to reach out to their support if I needed to return something.

Yep, that was a blatant lie. They don't allow returns from my area apparently and would give me a "Generous" discount off my next order...

Don't bother with them. You'll lose out on money.

I brought a top weeks ago and still no idea where it is. The customer service advises it was on its way. But offered no more information.

I spoke to the courier who said it was in a warehouse and would be delivered the next day. However when I tracked the parcel it was no in the UK.

So far no response to my chasing email asking for an update

Avoid this scam company!
Sent me a top in the wrong size and refused to allow me to return it, claiming they don't accept returns from where I live (There is no mention of this on their returns policy)?!?
Then offered me a 20% discount on another product instead?!?! WTF?!?...HOW DOES THAT HELP AND WHY WOULD I MAKE ANOTHER ORDER, WHEN THE FIRST WAS INCORRECT?!?

I’ve bought the item more than 1 month ago and I have no idea of where it is!

When contacting Heritage Jerseys via email, they returned saying that I should contact the delivery company.

They simply don’t care about the delivery process.

Not sure if I will get my item to even evaluate the product quality. Can’t imagine how terrible the refund process should be.

Waited for almost three weeks for the purchase to arrive.

When arrived, the jersey is missing badges displayed in the pictures.

I dont think its an authentic Nike jersey. Just a good knock off at best, which one could get in SEA easily.

Definitely not worth the money.

Shirts are way smaller than expected. I’m usually a large so I ordered a large and it is way too small. What’s worse is that you then can’t return if you are in the UK which isn’t in their Return Policy at all. Beyond disappointed and wouldn’t recommend at all.

Football tops are small made. You WILL need to order, 1 or possibly 2 sizes up from the usual UK size you wear. Anyone wearing larger than XL, do not buy from this company. The items will not fit.
