Excellent product, delivery took longer than expected but when I queried it, they got back to me straight away

Order placed on the 9th December on a supposed 2-3 days delivery. After chasing the order they messaged back to say there was an electrical problem in their warehouse but would definitely ship on the 16th for delivery on the 18th. Still listed as delayed on their website and no response to VM or email. Avoid.

UPDATE : Apparently they are able to respond to Trustpilot comments however they just ask you to send an email to the same email account that they have been ignoring up to now.

Ordered 27th November. Still waiting on delivery 19days later. One reply to email apologising for delay. Further 2 emails and a message on Instagram sent asking for a refund with no response to either of them. Would definitely not recommend.

NOTHING ARRIVED
I had my order confirmed on the 1st of Dec, but had not received anything to say order had been dispatched by the 10th Dec. I sent an email asking what was happening the next day i received email to say order had been dispatched. Now on the 16th when i track the order the delivery company has not received the order. I have tried calling but there is no answer on the number on the web page there is a different number on there Facebook page but this does not exist.
Orders are supposed to be dispatched within one working day and delivered within 3 working days. Very poor customer service unable to get in touch.
Would not recommend using this company unless you dont mind being disappointed.

Ordered via notonthehighstreet to try their amazing pumpkin spice espresso martini’s. Ended up finding their website and social media accounts - where they have so many more amazing looking cocktails. Customer service is spectacular and happily helped me with my queries and getting my drinks asap. Would not hesitate to order again 😊 big thanks to Lewis for the help!

We (well my wife) loves H&G cocktails. I first started ordering them a few years ago. They arrived smashed due to poor packaging but they replaced them quickly. Last year they were late. We chased and they blamed courier issues. Really annoying but the cocktails are great.

This year I ordered mid-November for Christmas. A couple of weeks went by and no update. Chase, get promised they would be delivered in a day or two. Day arrives nothing. Chase again. Order changes to despatched but it is that trick retailers seem to do now which involves the courier saying "on its way" when actually they haven't even been dispatched.

Eventually get fed up of the time wasting. I know this is a small business and you want to support but you order early and accept you are missing out on Black Friday deals and then find your delivery delayed anyway. What is worse if from other reviews they clearly cannot cope with the orders they have but keep taking them. Sorry H&G as much as we love the product I can't recommend you as a business at all.

Only positive is they do respond to emails and they do refund quickly

I placed the order 10 days ago.
Nothing has arrived.
No dispatch or tracking information.
Only an automated response to my email.

I still have not received my order. Ordered on Nov 17th, it's now dec 6th. I've contacted you 4 times and still nothing delivered.
I am definitely not happy!
However, I've just had notification that it has been sent today. 20 days after ordering.
I eventually received it, and it's nice, but delivery is far too slow.

Item has not arrived. Two emails and a Facebook message ignored. Very disappointing. A company to be avoided.

Second time buying these perfect party cocktails. I bought the bundle, and they arrived really quickly. When I ordered, I realised that I had two of the same bottles, so I reached out to Lewis on Instagram, and I was pleasantly surprised with how incredibly helpful he was.

These are really great products. Fantastic customer service. 10/10. I will be buying them again and recommending them to my friends.

I ordered some Long Island as a present for my husband and have not received it. I tried contacting Hunter and Grey by phone and email and through Not on the High Street. They have yet to respond. The money has been taken but all my order says is dispatched. I have looked at reviews and it seems this has happened quite a bit. There has been no proper communication only to take money and say it should have been delivered last Wednesday.

Can’t rate the cocktails as they still haven’t arrived
Placed my order 7 days ago states delivery 3-4 days. I have had no updates regarding shipping and no response to my email.
Update - received my order 3 weeks after ordering I was unhappy with how the order arrived due to the labels peeling. After messaging Lewis on instagram he arranged for two new bottles to be sent which arrived today. The customer service has been good despite the long delivery time which I was advised was due to an issue out of their hands. Hopefully the product will be worth it.

Goods never delivered after ordering several weeks ago! Email address doesn't exist and phone number given on H & G website directs you to a taxi company!!
The company has been reported for supplying false information and taking money from my bank account for this supposed order.

Still waiting for delivery. Tried to contact the company via email, but the address given doesn't appear to work. Tried phoning - just rings out. No idea when my order will arrive, if ever. Very efficient at taking money however!

My order hasn't been dispatched. Money has been taken. Cannot get in contact with them, other than Instagram which isn't monitored, takes days to get a reply, still not resolved. Update: I received a 50% discount along with my order, but if you don't have Instagram, you can't contact them. I was promised a new delivery date, it didn't arrive, given a second delivery date and it arrived 3 days after that. Was quite embarrassing telling my friend about their birthday present.

Experienced a cocktail of dreadful customer service after discovering Hunter & Grey via Not On The High Street. Helped themselves to payment at lightening speed and then never delivered anything! Not a single update, app simply showed as ‘delayed’. They then ignored all follow-up messages. Had ordered for a birthday which is now long gone, and I’m now having to find an alternative gift and wait for a refund.
