I cancelled- you charged me. You said you’d sort it out - you haven’t.

Non existent customer service. After contacting 5 times - 3 emails and 2 phone calls - have still never heard back. Order arrived late, missing the expected date, and rendering it useless for Christmas as I had already left the country and therefore couldn't take the items with me for presents. They finally turned up to an empty house with no way of diverting the 'tracked' delivery. A lot of money spent and wasted.

Very good cocktails. We've had these before and they're becoming a Christmas staple for us. Our favourites are Garden of Eden (was Quarantini) and Lychee Martini.

Sent promptly. Can’t comment on content as it was a gift to a friend.

Still waiting for contact from customer service - order never arrived and have messaged repeatedly as have notonthehighstreet customer service. The birthday I ordered them for is tomorrow and I ordered 2 weeks ago - was promised delivery on the 1.12.23 and here I am out of pocket and no cocktails. Not a happy customer AT ALL.

Slight delay in receiving the parcel. Fault with courier.

I received a tracking number 5 days ago, but the parcel was never collected by the carrier and I have not received any further updates from Hunter and Grey nor a response to my email.Very disappointed. Hoping they will sort it out soon and I eventually receive my order.
Update- received the order 6/12/23- and cocktails were delicious.

Had order 4 weeks ago no delivery, non existent customer service, finally received email to apologise and said we will revived with 3 days with 25% discount, guess what still no bottles, then requested refund they then promised that this would be processed first thing Monday morning & you guessed it did not receive.

Ordered these for upcoming birthdays but they have been & gone.

Now have to commence debt recovery :(

Never received order, sent emails asking for updates on order but never got a response 😡 would not recommend. Not a happy customer.

We were sent the wrong order which was nothing like what we paid for. We emailed twice and had no reply. No one answers the phone and the voicemail box is permanently full! Our money has been taken for products that have not been delivered and it is impossible to contact the seller.

Ordered from this company through Not on the High St. Did not arrive as promised and the tracking number was not recognised. Contacted company twice by email. No response. Tried to phone. No live communication and recording stated that voice mail was full!
I contacted PayPal and was refunded within 12 hours. That is Good customer service.
My recommendation. Steer clear!

Edited as H&G have apologised, are sending a second delivery and have offered me a credit. Thank you for listening.

I know the cocktails are delicious as I have had them before!

Initial review: Not even 1 star as it hasn't been delivered yet and is too late now for my niece's 18th birthday 😞

Customer service is top notch and they’re delicious cocktails- what’s not to love?!

The item never arrived and I have had no response to any of the emails I have sent

Paid for extra for next day delivery. Was not delivered until 6 days later

My order arrived almost 2 weeks after I ordered it. The telephone number on their website is not manned by anyone so unfortunately all you have the option to do is leave a message. I sent an email asking about my order to which no one responded. And then when my order did finally arrive, one of the 500ml big bottles was sent in a different aesthetic bottle to all the other 3 I had ordered.
A little bit of a shambles the whole thing really

I placed an order on the 12th May and have yet to receive my cocktails. I have tried calling on numerous occasions but their phone number seems to be non-existent. I have emailed on the 30th May to ask them to send my order but have had nothing back. If they cannot fulfil my order then I at least want my money back. I do not recommend order from this company as they seem don’t seem to be in business.
