Good product, good service from HGV DIrect, let down by poor choice of courier
The purchase was fine as was the actual service from the actual company . All this was let down by the fact the the chosen courier company delivered to the wrong address. This necessitated a two hour chase around my local neighbourhood tracking down the missing parcel.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We’re glad to hear that your purchase and our service met your expectations; however, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the courier's mistake, this is the first we have heard about this. It's frustrating to deal with issues like that, especially after you've made an effort to order from us.
We will certainly address this with our courier to prevent similar situations in the future. If there's anything we can do to assist further or improve your experience, please let us know. Your feedback is invaluable, and we appreciate your understanding.

sorry to hear of your frustration. i have followed this up with our team and have established that the address was provided via your google pay when you ordered as we don't have any control over this. I can see our customer services have requested that the items are retrieved at our cost so that a refund can be issued once received back. Unfortunately we can only go by the address given.

This will be dependant on what you were trying to order as if it is above the maximum weight for free delivery then there will be a delivery charge. also dependant on where in the country you are, if in the highlands then an additional charge would be added too. If ever you wanted to call us, we can always see if there is anything we can do to bring the charges down but with no order placed I'm a little unsure at this point.
