I've tried to login, and reset password for 30 minutes. By far one of the worst authentication experiences in my life. Big pile of crap.

THE WORST GAMING SUPORT CENTER I KNOW!!!!

Literally they abandoned every game they launched except SMITE, where all the money goes.
Rogue Company and Paladins has both incredible potential and are actually fun to play, but the developers what only brings to the game are new skins.
DKO (divine knockout), was already dead just within a month, how is that even possible?
I can't imagine what this company is going to do when SMITE is not as profitable as it is right now.

i was recently on paladins when i may have used a few slurs and i was perma banned i have never felt so humiliated in fact my very real online girlfriend said she could no longer afford discord nitro for the both of us i then logged on to my alt account only to find out i had also been banned for nude photos in chat which is total bs because you couldnt even see my willy!?!?

Transfer all your games to a better company please, costumer support doesnt respond and me and my friends get banned for no reason at all, not to mention one of their employees was a child predator.🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

Don't buy a game from this company. I play Tribes Ascend and the servers have been down for 3 weeks now. No replies to tech support. I bought this game in good faith many years back and just because they want to focus on new games, they pull the rug out from under us. No game support, hackers allowed to run wild and servers keep going down.

Good games with good ideas but bad marketing, balencing of weapons and characters and a very buggy game like rogue company. But much potential.

I wish I could give them 0 stars. Hi Rez is a complete joke of a company. Please I hope this saves someone from playing any trash this company puts out. For someone who has spent several hours on their games, they have zero respect for their player base and customers. Their ban system is horrendous. First offense is SEVEN day suspension. Then 14, then perma ban. I have NEVER "attacked" someone or used any "offensive" language against anyone in the game and I have put multiple support tickets in to NEVER receive any answers. I have years worth of playing time and lots of money spent and they can't help or even reply to me why I was banned. HI REZ SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!

I never realised quite how much I hated HI-rez till now. I haven't played in years but come to find that Hi-rez studios have chosen to keep files on my computer hidden from me that didn't uninstall with the game or even show up in my control panel applications. I literally had to go into the registry editor to remove it because it has no uninstaller and has been running in the background of my pc for years. Dodgy AFF practice

Awful company. Bans with no real reason and if they think so they bann also other accounts from my brother > same PC. Avoid this company.

Company is filled with woke groomers, I got my Smite account banned for asking a player if it was a man or woman :/

They adjusted their ban policy and had to ban a third of their players and now nobody dares to give them money since they can get banned so easily.

Worst gaming company ever.

Pervert overlords. HiRezSuave created an account nameed Suave to troll and ban my account using text book social pathology. Then wanted to overlord his position of perversion. HiRez has hired a bunch of perverted children. Suave threatened to ban me, and exercised his own criminal act of perversion. A crime, state statute 21.94 in OK, and any Burden of ... State. What the hell HiRez? Disgusting of you to embark on this route.

One star is too good for HiRez. Their customer support is a joke. Bought a new console and my DLC vanished. I had to place multiple tickets since the agents quit responding. When they did respond, they found any excuse to not resolve my issue. Each time demanding more information, eventually requesting a screen shot of the purchase receipt that was over 8 years ago. Ultimately, they're resolution was to repurchase the DLC for $9.99. I have been a dedicated fan for 10 years spending more on a single HiRez game than I have on both my consoles. It is appalling that they would even consider me to spend another dime without resolving this issue. If I could give 0 stars I would! I will never support HiRez in any fashion ever again!

Bad customer service, don't bother lol.

They scam people and content creators while they keep making low quality games based on short term trends.

Worst company ever. You can't even delete an account from their data base. They ask a million questions and request personal data which is violating my rights. I would avoid them at all cost.

Punk staff with auto bot ban system, of u get banned 2 weeks + 4 sum bs u didn't do , tough cookies , wish there was a more user friendly game exactly like this

played smite for years :) i love it, paladins is decent also and rogue company was a big change and i was so good at it, been a while since i played it though
