Purchased a pack in-game Smite that was supposed to come with a skin and all the voice packs which was a consolation. None of the purchases worked. After I submitted a ticket, every response I received was an excuse on why I could not be helped and why I was wrong. Originally it was that the skin didn't come with it, then the second reason was that you can't use voice packs unless you purchase the skin too! So I paid for nothing, literally nothing... with excuses. I can't use or receive anything I purchased. Horrible customer service. None of these facts are communicated at the time of purchase. I read them to make sure I would get the skin.

man i just wanted an amazon prime skin for bomb king and i cant even make an account and i cant login with facebook google accounts nintendo accounts like ive tried all my accounts and ive tried restoring my password because when i manually made an acc the restore options didnt even work because ive been waiting well over 30 minutes for the mail for the password reset and it never came just terrible

Paid for one of their passes to unlock bounty coins, was never told i had to link a hi-rez account to my actual paladins account to get the rewards, opened a support ticket on 2/18/22 asking if i could be reimbursed for the bounty coins i lost out on and just have them added to my account, got an automated response 3 days after. after another 2 days (now totaling 5 after opening a ticket) i reached out asking if i was losing out on bounty coins, no response. after another 2 weeks after that, still no response and still to this day missing the bounty coins i paid for. Might continue to play the game because I enjoy it but will never support them again financially.

PS - for a new player joining your game you should make it more apparent to link any accounts before we invest the money. it does you no harm letting us know.

Honestly some of the best concepts for video games. But the absolute WORST execution. I've never known a more useless company in my life. The games are full of bugs and lag but they'll happily add hundreds of new skins at every available opportunity. I just wish Hirez would sell their assets to a competent company so that we don't have to deal with them.

No reason ban for 23 hours. Thanks after i spent 200€ in gems... Go milking cows...

The game is deec but their log-in interface + backend interface is total garbage. Can't even log in because of how bad they are. I deleted game now because their interface sucks.

You get ban for no reason and client is buggy and community is stupid and toxic and I come from league and it's worst than league I guess I'm going back to it. I've been lagging badly too worst then when I play league.

I used to love playing smite but after 5years I've had to delete as its full of toxic children and also you get banned for weeks at a time for no reason other than players being salty you played better than them

Insteed of making new gods, then why not make the game work

Their website sucks, their support also sucks. They claim you can use your PS4 account on PC but you cant (should probably fix that). Instead they expect you to pay for everything again despite that not being as advertised. Anytime you try to link platforms, like steam, facebook, google, etc. it always says "something went wrong" and never actually links. Simply terrible. As for the game(s) themselves, they are okay at best. Good to play when bored but would never consider making any of their games my "main game" I play. all in all, 1/10

I love Hi-Rez they have made some of my favorite games including Realm Royale, and Rouge Company. I played these games and I enjoyed them a lot, spent maybe 200 hours on Realm Royale and around 50 hours on Rouge Company. They have both been awesome and mostly flawless games ( Rouge Company Crashed 1 Time During Ranked ). The servers could be better but it's not that bad. I don't play a lot of Realm Royale a lot anymore due to bots and how they aren't really supporting it much anymore which is a disappointment because it was such fun. But yeah they need a tad bit of server upgrades and maybe update Realm Royale more that's all I can really complain about.

Terrible paladins game, do not download it cause pretty much if you get stupid players on your team you are just wasting your time.

Good company but killed Realm Royale

Decent games but the toxic community, super strict ban rules, and their poorly programmed auto-ban bots just ruin their games they develop. No other company is this bad in this part of the game business.They literally code the game in a way to not benefit their customers. I would never recommend their games for any parents or adults with a life outside of gaming who is just looking for casual fun here and there. Then punish you for prioritizing real life over the game, allow bullying to happen from multi-player clan queues to solo players (leading to false reports and autobans for literally nothing). I've lost a lot of money at this company and can't get it back just due to their rules allowed for these little kids to take advantage of their "system".
