We received a partial delivery (missing one bar stool footrest) but issue was resolved within a few days and competently dealt with by James. Refreshing to receive first class service without the usual delays. Communications from Hirix was very good, keeping us in touch with situation.

First class customer service

We have received absolutely first class service from Hirix, the customer service and communication has been excellent. We hadn't initially received details of the delivery date, but upon emailing to query, I received a response within the hour, and better still the pergola arrived an hour later !! Fantastic. We had a slight issue with the canopy, but this was dealt with professionally and fairly. James who I was dealing with was so much help and very professional. It's a fabulous 5***** from me.

JOSEF HMAR was my customer representative and he was kind, friendly and thorough. I purchased a 4-seater rattan garden furniture via wowcher from Hirix. Unfortunately item came damaged and I contacted Hirix and Josef resolved it really quickly with arranging a collection and refunding my money (although not via the original payment method but was refunded through wowcher). I did like the look of it, so I have ordered it again but in a different colour. Hopefully no damages and all pieces in the box. Looking forward to receiving it.

It’s easy to give a 5 star review just for receiving an item on time.

The real test is how they respond when there’s been an issue. So my ceramic bbq arrived and I used it immediately. After using it, I noticed a small chip in the paintwork. I contacted Hirix to ask if it would concern me or if it was just aesthetic. They told me it was aesthetic but immediately offered to replace it which I accepted. They arranged the collection of the old unit and then promptly sent out a perfect condition replacement.

Thanks to both Hirix and James who handled my order

I ordered a garden set through…

I ordered a garden set through Debenhams on 28.2.26, due for delivery 5.3.26. Item didnt arrive. No correspondence from Hirix at all. It finally turned up unannounced 10.3.26 good job I was home. Put item together to find a piece missing. As of today 14 April it has taken 3 weeks since I reported the issue to try and get this sorted. Firstly it was ‘we will send the missing piece which didnt arrive when stated, then told it would arrive 8 days later and then told the item was out of stock so I could have a 10% refund for an incomplete sofa! or return it. I was called 9 April to say they would collect today (14 April) and they haven’t. Absolutely appalled at the lack of service and communication!

Chairs are comfy and arrived on the day…

Chairs are comfy and arrived on the day they were due to come.
I thought there was a tray missing and contacted them and they messaged me very quickly. I then explained it had fallen out and I had the tray. Thanking them for their quick response and for delivering my chairs on time.
Lost a star as I think the delivery charge is astronomical.

I had a missing item

I had a missing item. But it was sorted out assp. Josef called me today to make sure I had received my missing item which I have. I was also sent a 10% discount on my next order

Great customer service.

Had a problem with assembly instructions being missing, made a call - quickly and efficiently dealt with by Mrinal, who called me back and forwarded the PDF instructions straight away.

I ordered a dinner set from via…

I ordered a dinner set from via Debenhams and unfortunately it was damaged arrival. I rang Hirex International and spoke to Josef Hmar who was very polite and helpful in sorting this out by arranging a new dinner set to be sent and guided me on the phone the process in returning the damaged one.
The whole process was made easy by Josef Hmar thank you so much

Great customer service

The product unfortunately didn’t meet my expectations, which was disappointing. However, I want to highlight the excellent customer service I received from Mrinal.
Mrinal was helpful, professional, and supportive throughout the process. He clearly explained how to return the item, guided me step by step, and ensured everything was handled smoothly. Most importantly, he made sure my refund was processed promptly.
While the product wasn’t right for me, the customer service experience – especially thanks to Mrinal – was outstanding.
