very easy to use

very easy to use. No need any dongle to accept payment easily for customer that want to use credit card, just using handphone only.

Removal of feature without prior notice…

Removal of feature without prior notice that disrupted my company's operation & services. Charging method feature "Card" for card manual entry – Impact on Booking.com VCC Processing and risk revenue/operation fundings. Need to find out from Hitpay's support and they just coldly dropped a notice we no longer support this feature without explanation and further replies.

Thank you for the direct feedback, and we sincerely apologise for the disruption this has caused to your Booking.com VCC processing.

The manual card-entry option on the HitPay POS app was removed globally as a deliberate risk-and-compliance decision — manual key-in carries materially higher fraud and chargeback exposure than authenticated card flows, and as a regulated acquirer in SG, MY, PH, AU and the US we have a duty to protect our partners from that risk.

Card payments (including Booking.com VCCs) remain fully supported via the Payment Link option inside the HitPay POS app — our team has shared the exact steps with you on email, and our CEO Aditya has also followed up with you directly.

Service can be improved

Verification and payouts to your bank account takes long compared to other payment gateway providers. Dealing with compliance team is a pain, emails/texts often go unanswered, requiring multiple follow ups. Not sure if it's just this particular lady staff or if all other staff are like this as well.

It has been 1 week and I'm still waiting for compliance team to verify our ACRA. We had used other payment gateway providers and it has never taken this long.

Edit: Agfa from compliance has since stepped in to help with resolving the issues. The management also took the feedback seriously.

I like hitpay but,,

I like hitpay, however at pos when you adding products your have to do 1 by 1 and save because if you don’t you loose all the quantities you previously uploaded on the same products category and there’s no way to undo then you have to repeat and repeat over again to upload. And it’s frustrating.

Have been using Hit Pay since last 4…

Have been using Hit Pay since last 4 years for my business and work life couldnt be more simpler. Fast payment processing, easy payouts, less processing fee. user friendly POS system. Customer service is also easily reachable and works fast in resolving any issues. Thanks for continous support and I wish you guys great sucess in future.

Handy payment system

Handy payment system. Makes it easy to look after my inventory and mass in person payments pretty seamless! Love the constant updates they’re making to expand their payment capabilities across SEA. The team is also helpful and always at hand to offer support!

Very disappointing experience

At first, I was satisfied with the service. However, my account was unexpectedly closed without any clear reason or prior notice. I contacted support but did not receive a helpful explanation.

Hit Pay review- love it !

I love using HitPay — it’s incredibly easy to use and very straightforward, even for beginners. The setup was quick, and everything works smoothly. Their customer service is also excellent; the team is responsive, helpful, and solves issues efficiently. Overall, it’s a very effective solution for managing payments, and I’d definitely recommend it.

The app is quite intuitive in the sense…

The app is quite intuitive in the sense what i need for both in-person and online orders can be done under one roof. My sales has also picked up ever since customers can choose their preferred payment. CS is also top tier as they would address my concern and guide me step by step. Will recommend to other small biz too!
