Removal of feature without prior notice…
Removal of feature without prior notice that disrupted my company's operation & services. Charging method feature "Card" for card manual entry – Impact on Booking.com VCC Processing and risk revenue/operation fundings. Need to find out from Hitpay's support and they just coldly dropped a notice we no longer support this feature without explanation and further replies.

Makes receiving payment so easy and effortless, especially that now we can accept cashless payment on my iPhone.
Service can be improved
Verification and payouts to your bank account takes long compared to other payment gateway providers. Dealing with compliance team is a pain, emails/texts often go unanswered, requiring multiple follow ups. Not sure if it's just this particular lady staff or if all other staff are like this as well.
It has been 1 week and I'm still waiting for compliance team to verify our ACRA. We had used other payment gateway providers and it has never taken this long.
Edit: Agfa from compliance has since stepped in to help with resolving the issues. The management also took the feedback seriously.

I like hitpay but,,
I like hitpay, however at pos when you adding products your have to do 1 by 1 and save because if you don’t you loose all the quantities you previously uploaded on the same products category and there’s no way to undo then you have to repeat and repeat over again to upload. And it’s frustrating.

At first, I was satisfied with the service. However, my account was unexpectedly closed without any clear reason or prior notice. I contacted support but did not receive a helpful explanation.
