We finally got it!
Our granddaughter requested a limited edition vinyl album, but online it was not available.
Went into HMV in Bromley, asked the fella behind the counter for this specific album and within 5 minutes he found it. My wife and I were overjoyed to say the least. He has made my granddaughters Christmas.

Pretty painless experience ordering…
Pretty painless experience ordering online and getting my items sent to my local branch as I likely would have been away from home around delivery time. Happy with purchases and pickup experience in store. The only downside is that it cost me more money picking up in store as I bought additional vinyl albums that were on sale that I spotted. Nevermind.
