I look on the hmv site for music, go for the one type of music thats new, go from there, when not available in store one of the members order it for if possible. when in store look around my self.

Didn't receive item.
I ordered my item for a xmas present on click + collect but instead of receiving a message to collect it I got a message saying I'd be refunded, not happy so I bought it somewhere else.

HMV 🤗 the best in Chester
I have been shopping at HMV in Chester for many years and still I can get most dvd’s plus Nintendo games also.

Wonderful staff
I went to the store looking to purchase a particular item. After checking the shelves and not finding it, I asked a member of staff who was extremely helpful and looked through the shelves with me again, then checked in the store. Unable to find it, they offered to have it ordered online and collected in store, which I did and it arrived really quickly.

Dear Team
I ordered my blu ray thinking that click and collect was available on the day it wasn't. I do understand that I never read it correctly which is my fault but I think that you can pick up a order if it's in stock like Argos do.
I wouldn't use this service again especially when I could just buy the film off the shelf however the HMV site doesn't say that.

Searched for CD not available in store…More Than A Whisper, Nanci Griffiths tribute
Searched for CD not available in store but very helpful assistant looked it up and suggested the delivery service. As Iive 45 miles away from shop it made sense to use the service to get it delivered home. E-mail info from yourselves and Royal Mail was both helpful and accurate.
