Even when I buy from HMV online I always click and collect, I usually have a chat with the person who serves me, she lets me know what's happening regarding album launches in the shop etc. A proper music shop for people, who music matters to.

The shop assistant in Cwmbran shop was amazing, I didn't get her name she had dark black hair. She helped with everything that I needed. Due to her customer service I would go back to the shop, she was amazing. Thank you for helping my my son's unique music collection.

Fantastic
Fantastic. Quick and easy to order. Very fast delivery, items were packaged very well.
The Batman bluray movies are great quality, its a huge difference as I last watched them when I had a VHS, they look beautiful on my 4k TV.
Cannot recommend HMV enough, really great to order from.

My son bought a mystery box at £15 but…
My son bought a mystery box at £15 but recommended value is £30. I wouldn't even pay £5 for what he got in the box, what a load of crap. And I've contacted him and all they said was they are sorry I was disappointed. Disappointed is an understatement. Unless they can provide proper merch worth the value then they shouldn't do these stupid boxes
You didn't advise anything, you refused to give a refund and you don't even know what rubbish was in the box

That its now possible to order in store and pick up from there, with updates on order progress delivered via email
Staff very helpful as item required out of stock. Order placed in store and following updates on progress was able to pick up from store within the week
