Vinyl LP was not defective ( warps
Vinyl LP was not defective ( warps, hole in the middle not fitting turntable spindle, needle sticking and skipping grooves etc. ) and played normally. Also very quickly sent for me to collect, and the packaging and covers were in good condition. Usually I think with HMV all have been fine.

The staff member was very un concerned about serving me as apparently ,I was a ‘too old ‘ for the demographic to buy a Doctor Who item .
I am NOT a happy customer ..oh and please do NOT be writing to me saying ,this won’t happen again ..that hardly encourages me to go back to the store .

4 stars due to the following:
I ordered several items for my daughter's 18th birthday, and 4 items were on a pre-order release, which I had placed months ahead because they were limited edition items. Sadly only 1 out of those 4 items in my order was fulfilled, but I only found out on the day my order was dispatched (for Click & Collect) that they didn't have them in stock as they had sold out, despite that I had already pre-ordered and paid for them pre-sale. I did get a refund, but it would have been nice if I had been notified sooner so I could have arranged something else in their place.
Apart from that, a great store with a wide range & good customer service.

So the collection was easy with good communication but the website is a pain- please redesign so that it’s easier to use.
