Shop assistant was polite and friendly, he did everything he could to be helpful and knew details to my questions. Face to face service is very important and makes the shopping experience a pleasure rather than stressful.

Click and Collect
I like being able to use click and collect to avoid paying postage. It does seem odd though that postage is paid by HMV to send the item to shop…..
Still, it’s *always* a treat to get the excuse to spend time at FOPP in Cambridge…
