Lovely helpful staff
I couldn't find the cd I was looking for I asked a member of staff who confirmed it was not in store but could be ordered. This was done and I collected it from the store the following week.

Excellent customer service
I went in store to get the 4k of Scream 6 but it was sold out. The assistant who helped me couldn't have been nicer, he ordered it online for me and had it come to the store where all I had to do was collect it, free of charge.

Zero stock of brand new album
I went it at opening time to purchase an album that was released that day. I looked for the vinyl but couldn’t find it. I went to customer services and they said the store had zero stock of the album. This was very disappointing as the album was released that day. I was told I could order it, which I did.
It took a further five days to arrive!
I will point out that the staff at this store are so nice, seriously nice. And this review is not about them, just the zero stock of a brand new album and the very slow delivery.
