I couldn't find the new stray kids album but when I asked at the desk they found it behind the counter. The staff member was brilliant.

Staff very helpful and friendly
Staff very helpful and friendly. Email updates after ordering for pick-up just right.
Downside, the price of vinyl inshore is very expensive and most can be found cheaper elsewhere

Our prices are a reflection of the prices set by our supplier and can vary from time to time depending on the range of promotions available at that time.
We do our best to remain competitive within our market and we're proud to be successful with this in the majority of cases. There will unfortunately be the odd occasion where another retailer pips us to the post though but we're constantly looking for ways to offer our customers the best value for their money and we update and refresh our promotions regularly to make sure these are passed on.

Okay experience in store. However, when at the till I asked specially not to get the marketing emails, the customer assistant denied the request. I was just trying to reduce the number of emails I get and I didn’t like that the choice was taken away. There must be a lot of pressure from higher up to check this box. Uncomfortable experience.
