I couldn't find the new stray kids album but when I asked at the desk they found it behind the counter. The staff member was brilliant.

The lady that helped us in the livingston store was so helpful, she took time to give us advice and to tell us what product was best for our daughter and also advised we bought cleaning products f9r the record player (so even added to the sale!) Lovely to talk to and so approachable nothing was too much for the lady. Very kind and lovely lady

Ordering the item online was easy and straightforward.
Emails kept me up to date with what was going on.
Sales assistant in store was friendly and helpful. She opened the box to help me check my order and took away the packaging for me, making it easier to carry.

Item as expected that I had to order…
Item as expected that I had to order online. Supposed to be in stock in Livingston according to website but wasn't.. Sucked in to order through HMV by 20% discount friends and family offer that didn't work for any of the friends or family.
Staff in store were friendly.

Fantastic service
Elle at your Livingston store was so helpful and made my 7 year old niece very happy. She sourced exactly what we were looking for and although the item wasn’t available in store she ordered online for us there and then and ensured we got our item. It would have been so easy for her to advise us sorry it’s out of stock and left it at that but Elle was so proactive & straight away found the item online and said although it wasn’t in stock don’t worry I can still get it for you and deliver it to your home address. Fantastic service with a smile & it was all done so effortlessly. Good service isn’t something we get a lot these days in retail but Elle stood out for all the right reasons - what a credit to your store and brand.
