Great help from a rather cool assistant in the Manchester Arndale store who helped process an online order with an HMV voucher. Delivery was prompt and really well packaged. Faultless.

I was told it was dispatched by HMV and to be sent out by Royal Mail 48h. Then Royal Mail tracking were waiting over 2 days to receive the item, all it said was they were expecting it, so why did the delivery miss 2 days? If it wasn’t dispatched then why email me and tell me it was.

I am absolutely appalled by the service I recieved
I am absolutely appalled by your service , I came in store (Manchester arndale )to get a gengar tshirt for my nephews birthday , I was served by a lad called Oliver B , who checked on computer and told me it’s instock in the warehouse and I would recieve it within 3-4 days as I needed it for my nephews birthday , a week past and I got an email saying it was out of stock ,and you are trying to get it for me , I rang up and no one answered , I emailed was ignored loads of times , being sent automated messages , Absolutely disgusting , I got emailed back last week to say it is coming in stock and I will be notified wen been dispatched , 4and a half week later I recieved it ! No apology or nothing being compensated for this service I recieved !

Much better than when we seen banarama…
Much better than when we seen banarama . Only issue is. Whoever takes photos needs to learn to take pics. My pictures are dreadful. All blurry cause he rushed. A kept pressing constantly so not worth the time taking loved meetin the shires. Lovely duet. A this time I managed to stand in the disabled queue which helped.

Overall good experience
Collection of the CD was easy, along with collecting the wristband. The event was great. The only let down was the member of staff who took the pictures made me feel rushed. I appreciate the band had a lot of people to see and speak to, but there was no need to make people feel rushed. The couple behind me even complained about it.

Great service. Did C&C at the Arndale store in Manchester. Received updates and got the item very quickly when I got to the store. Staff were very helpful. Couldn’t ask for more!

In ordering a number of films (Blu Ray) at the counter, the staff member was really helpful - making use of the barcode numbers I had from the HMV website.
The films arrived at the store as requested, and at collection, again, the staff were helpful and proficient.
