Great help from a rather cool assistant in the Manchester Arndale store who helped process an online order with an HMV voucher. Delivery was prompt and really well packaged. Faultless.

Out standing customer service
I was a the Mel c album signing on Sunday 3rd of may The staff at hmv were amazing because I struggle to stand for long periods of time when I asked a staff member would it be possible for me to be able to sit down they were more than happy to help me out

Staff so incredibly helpful
I went to an album signing in store at Manchester Arndale centre. Staff were amazing at helping me get upstairs with my disabled daughter using their lift and generally directing me where to go. They were also incredibly friendly. Top marks all round.

Pre ordered Melanie c album for meet and greet signing to be refused entry to the meet and greet when we arrived to collect, no empathy or understanding of my 7 year old and myself dissapointment, utterly rude staff and manager( and he had terrible fag breath) at Manchester arndale

Great service
The chap did a great job of ordering my cd for me. He was really nice and polite. The communication with HMV was excellent telling me when the cd was sent and when to pick up. Will do business again with HMV.

Tried to cancel my order
Tried to cancel my order. Advised it couldn’t be done as the item was in stock. Item is currently waiting to be collected in store so I’m having to leave it 14days, not collect it and hope the store will send it back to get me a refund. Bit of a long-winded way of doing things.

HMV Manchester ordered my vinyl and delivered it free
HMV Manchester didn't have the vinyl that I wanted, but they were able to order it and get it delivered to my home for free. That can't be bad.
Added to this, the guy who helped me was a really nice bloke.
