I wanted to buy a dvd as a surprise for my husband ..I went into Merry Hill store & found the member of staff very helpful.i ordered it to be delivered to my home address..it arrived on time ..delivered by Royal Mail..I will use this store/service again.

Pre-ordered a CD online, picked it up from store, product was in perfect condition, service was really good. On top of that, the album was brilliant.

The H.M.V. store is magical experience.
Your staff are very very helpful and considerate. I am disabled and if I need and help they are more than ready to assist me. I find the whole experience at H.M.V. a great and interesting time.

I purchased a Ltd edition vinyl album from Birmingham branch only to discover it jumped and it wasn’t Ltd edition as I had paid for.
