Excellent service
The gentleman in the middlesbrough shop sorted out my order for me, all I had to do was wait for it to arrive. It arrived very quickly, was well packaged and in perfect condition

Absolutely brilliant customer service…
Absolutely brilliant customer service at the Middlesbrough store. My children like unusual artists and we often ask for c.ds and records they don't stock. Nothing is too much trouble and the ordering is easy and straight forward. Always friendly staff

Great customer service
Wicked Vinyl we wanted was out of stock in your Middlesbrough store but the assistant was more than happy to order it for us & it was delivered within a few days.

Good in-store ordering service
