Promote delivery options!!! Espesh free for over £25 purchases.
Came in to buy/replace £50 earphones I got previously after breaking last set. They were out of stock and asked if they had any in the back. They didn't but clerk offered to order and delivery within a week. Didn't know that purchases over £25 are free shipping and or delivery/shipping were options. Went in on Thursday and she said I can expect on Tuesday they arrived on the Monday.

Arrived prompt and within the stated time. The staff instore were efficient and the item was securely packaged.

Helpful assistant in understanding what I wished to purchase. It had to be ordered and delivered by post.
The Cd arrived promptly by Royal Mail.

Slow delivery and poor experience in store
It took nearly a week for the items to show up in store. Then when I went down the staff (who tbf were very nice and polite) were convinced there was only one package in my name and I had to argue to get them to look for and find the other. Kind of a weird experience, felt very bolted onto the shop rather than integrated. Set the staff up to fail.
