My retail experience was a pleasure. The Staff at the Solihull branch of HMV were extremely helpful, courteous and polite. I found the service and stock in your store excellent. I would like to thank everyone in store for there kindness.

Staff in store very helpful and friendly. I was kept up to date with my order and it was delivered earlier than expected. All together a great experience.
