Quick delivery and great customer service
Delivery was quick and the item was well packaged. Unfortunately the item arrived damaged (just one of those things!) but I contacted the online help desk and they got back to me within 24 hours to suggest taking it to a shop for an exchange. The exchange was super easy and the employee was so helpful giving me advice about looking after my vinyl.

Better than Amazon
Click and collect was available at my local store in time for Christmas, which suited me perfectly. Service in store was quick and friendly. Couldn’t fault anything. If I had ordered from Amazon, it wouldn’t have arrived until after Christmas. Highly recommend.
