Supporting a high street store
A happy and helpful staff member helped me by checking the product and ordering it to be delivered to me. This was easy and stress free. I felt pleased to support a high street store rather than using Amazon.

The ordering was easy through the website. The click and collect order arrived promptly 2 days later and the person who served me was incredibly friendly and complimented my musical taste. Overall a great experience and I would definitely recommend HMV click and collect service!

Always a great experience in my local Stirling store. Staff are helpful, friendly, easy going and polite and if I can't find what I'm looking for they'll order it in.

Good stuff
First time using click & collect - no problems. Easy to order, easy to pick up. (I only used it because a CD was cheaper on the website than the store, which is odd). Staff in Stirling are always helpful and friendly, which encourages me to keep going back.

The staff are 10 out of 10. They are very helpful very kind and patient. Take the time that it needs to inquire about orders and deliveries. I couldn't be more happy with the experience at this location.
