Nice & easy collection. The staff are always pleasant in the Stirling store, which is a bonus. I'll continue to do all of my DVD shopping here.

The staff are 10 out of 10. They are very helpful very kind and patient. Take the time that it needs to inquire about orders and deliveries. I couldn't be more happy with the experience at this location.

Easy online ordering for store pick up
I found ordering online, for store collection, to be an easy process. The item came in in good time and the pick up process was flawless, with very good customer service in the Stirling branch.

Staff are always helpfull and polite
Staff are always helpfull and polite. If you can't find it in here go home you ain't finding it anywhere. Only thing i don't like is how they lay thete comic's out,cramed into a small space.
