The staff are always so helpful & friendly
The staff are always so helpful & friendly. They look for things Ive asked for on the computer. If its in stock, they find it for me. If it isnt, they order it for me. As I have difficulty with leaving my husband who has Alzheimers, it gets delivered to my house. It arrives within a short space of time, very impressed with that.

DVD of the latest Beetlejuice fim
order was easy to make and not only that but it arrived sooner than anticipanted so all the family could watch the film over christmas excellent service as always!

Excellent- staff friendly very helpful and have time for you no matter how busy they are - I always have good service at HMV in Swindon I do hope the shop stays in the town as there is precious little else now they’ve closed most of the shops

Good service and prompt delivery
Bex, the Assistant who served me, was very helpful and knowledgeable.
The DVD arrived in the shop within a couple of days and I was promptly advised by email.
