The human touch !
When it comes to buying special LP's, that I don't want to be damaged in the post, then its much better to do it the old fashioned way and go to the 'real' shop and talk to people.

I bought a CD which I brought back the following week as it was faulty (for some reason my CD player just didn’t recognise it). Rosie issued the refund, ordered the replacement, and it arrived by the following week. Seamless service, and the replacement works perfectly.

Album corner crushed and dented
All 3 arrived but the corners of all 3 were dented. Outer box was dented and had a tear. Needs more packaging to stop this happening.
