Very quick delivery to local store. Staff pleasant and efficient.All worked perfectly. Payment online showed as Sun (newspaper) which was a surprise and concerning at first!

I ordered a Charli xcx wuthering heights vinyl that said with every vinyl there is a free poster, I did not get a poster with my vinyl and am very disappointed!

I live for music so HMV, for me, is like a lofe support machine! To know that i can still go to a music shop and buy physical music and support the artists that create it gives me a huge amount of satisfaction, and HMV provides me with that. HMV stock a fantastic range of music from all genres and on many formats. They have a huge vinyl selection and, although i don't own a record player, i often buy a record. There is something beautiful about records. Long live HMV!

HMV are always our go to for vinyl
HMV are always our go to for vinyl. The store is very well stocked and the staff very knowledgeable and helpful. Online experience is very good. The website is well designed and easy to use. Delivery is on time and very well packaged. The fact that they use Royal Mail is perfect for us, as couriers cannot find our house.

Kind lady staff member in Truro

The album was ordered to be collected from store. The vinyl was fine but album sleeve is damaged, better packing needed.
