The team in HMV Yeovil were fantastic
The team in HMV Yeovil were fantastic . They helped us with every kpop thing we needed. I believe the gentleman was called Roly and he was amazing with my daughter.

Excellent service although I had to…
Excellent service although I had to make 2 trips to collect my order as it wasn’t sent in in one package, series 5 arrived and series six at the following day.
So obviously would have been easier for me if they had been dispatched at the same time.

DVD wouldn’t work all my other dvds…
DVD wouldn’t work all my other dvds work I had to go out of my way to take it back for to try and get it replaced then to they saying oh it can’t be delivered you have to come into store to collet it when I have payed for it to be delivered
