I have not received my order and despite several attempts to try and Contact Hobo Armour via their website, as there are no contact telephone numbers, I have never received a response. Very, Very, disappointing!

This fishing store is a dream come true for any angler. Their selection is vast and diverse, and I always leave with exactly what I need.

Absolute scam artists. The customer service is so poor. I’ve been told by who I believe to be the owner of the company that I will be reported to PayPal and I will have my PayPal account blocked!
Due to apparently abusing staff, when I asked where an order was that hasn’t been sent. We’ve had no update since the 30th August and in the end had to get paypal to refund the money back.
NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. The emails don’t work; they just bounce back. Had to message on Facebook.

Ordered 1 small braised reel on the 18th of September 2024 just received it 13 working days later and I had to pay for that it's now the 9th of October. Shocking how bad they have become.

Still waiting weeks after ordering.
No communication

Where do i Start? They dont give a phone number. They dont Respont when you do try to get in touch with them? When you order items and them items dont turn up they dont want to know? They show a lack of Respect they just dont care when something goes missing? This company is the worst i have ever Purchased from when they have your money and items dont turn up your on your own?

Great products but shocking customer service, I emailed you 3 times with no answer to any of my emails, you delivered to the incorrect address, I went to the address they delivered my order to and collected it. Sorry but I dont think I will be ordering from you again.

Firstly my items took nearly a month to arrive despite their 7-11 day delivery time, once they had arrived one of the items was missing and the two t-shirts I ordered were massively over-sized compared to previous orders (I've ordered from hobo prior to new owners so I have t-shirts from them in my size). When I tried to contact to arrange a return and refund it took days if not weeks for them to reply. When they did reply they stated they would send me a returns address etc the following day. I still haven't received this. Despite regularly messaging hobo on their social media and via their email I have still had no response from them regarding a return and refund. Terrible customer service from a company that I used to really like.

I have Just received my first order from Hobo Armour. Hooks are great! Nailed 3 from 3 bites.
