Lane good toilet bad
Lane was good condition, was lacking air conditioning (I know it was on but it was too insufficient). The toilets were aweful, smelt extremely bad

CHRIS at Crawley Hollywood Bowl is AMAZING!!!
We went to Hollywood bowl for my child's birthday and there were 10 of us.
We had an amazing staff member called Chris who kept coming to the lanes and handing out stickers to us and the kids when we got a strike! He was really funny, friendly and helpful and he really looked liked he loved his job and was happy to be there working which is quite rare to see.
He was also very helpful when we went to the arcade and something one of the kids won got stuck in the machine and then again when one of the kids ran off he had been watching and knew where they were.
All those little things helped us to have an AMAZING experience at bowling that day. Thank You, Chris!
The bar staff were also great fun that day! I didn’t see their names but they were both girls and very friendly.

Great atmosphere, very clean and tidy, my children had a great time playing bowling and going in the arcade. Wide variety of games for different ages

Our experience was great as usual
Our experience was great as usual, we have never had any issues at hoolywood bowl resrts world, the kids love it and its great value for money. The food is good quality and tasty. The drinks are cery satisfying too.
The location is awseome as its only 10 mins away. The staff are alwys friendly and helpful
