Excellent time at Hollywood bowl york, everything was perfect, the food and drinks were good value. Staff member Tilly couldn't have been more helpful and very pleasant , taking our food order very efficiently.

We had such a lovely experience at Hollywood Bowl Yeovil today! We went as a family — myself, my partner, our autistic daughter and our two sons — and honestly, the staff were incredible.

They were so friendly, helpful and patient with all of the children, and what really stood out to us was how welcoming and completely non-judgemental they were towards our daughter. They made her feel comfortable and included, which meant so much to us as parents and made the whole experience so much more enjoyable for everyone.

The staff were fantastic with the kids, and you could genuinely see how happy and excited they all were. We all had such a brilliant time and will definitely be coming back!

A huge thank you to the team at Hollywood Bowl Yeovil for making our family day out so lovely. ❤️🎳

Great place great atmosphere. Good games in the arcade. My kids and their friends love it here .

Fantastic been every week for months and it’s always great

Had a nice time, wasn’t too bad price wise either. We did have an issue where the family next to us, one of their kids bowled down our lane as we were walking to the lane to start which came off of our game. They gave us tickets for a free game to compensate.

Great bowling. Always check for offers or it is pricey. Fun amusements. Go elsewhere for food.

Fab visit to longwell green . Very polite helpful staff, game was set up for us .. was played with no problem . And was then offered a second game for half price

Great for bowling. We had great fun. The arcades are the usual arcade money pit.
DO NOT ORDER FOOD! I cannot stress this enough. The food was terrible. My burger was so dry I needed a drink to swallow it. The chips were like twins and the chicken nuggets were rubbery. We all had stomach issues the rest of the day.

I booked using the 50% offer which was great value for money. On the day, I was waiting for a group of friends who had booked a slot for the same time as myself but they were running late, but thankfully a member of staff allowed us to delay our booking by 20mins. When the group arrived, even though we booked separately, the staff allowed us to play in one lane which was great.

I had a fantastic time at Hollywood bowl, the food was great as always and the bowling kept us rolling. The staff are some of the friendliest people ever. However one particular member of staff really stuck out to me so much I had to leave him a review. Alistar is the name of the staff member and he was working the ticket counter/bar during my visit. Not only did he provide a great service when we arrived but he also had a laugh with us and made us feel welcomed. He is a fantastic employee and I truly believe he makes that place just that little bit better. I will be coming back to Hollywood bowl, as long as Alistair is there. He was the GOAT.

We had a really lovely experience at Hollywood Bowl. The person who checked us in was extremely friendly, welcoming and very helpful. Unfortunately, I didn’t get his name, but we checked in on 25th August 2026 at around 8:10pm. We were a group of 3 adults and 3 children, and we were a Jewish family, which may help him remember us and hopefully help management identify him so he gets the recognition he deserves.

The whole place was very clean and well looked after, and everything was organised nicely. We had a great time and were very impressed with the overall experience.

Had a really good time here everything was great the staff were lovely really helpful really good value for money (booked online) went with my grandchildren ages 9 and 11 throughly enjoyed it

Lots of fun taking my children bowling for the first time. Very nice atmosphere, staff were friendly and it was very clean.
