Prompt Service
I placed an order in the late morning and received a reply about 15 minutes later indicating that my item was ready for collection. I went to the store later and, with no delay or queuing, my item was brought out for me. Very good customer service !

I've just bought a Christmas tree, second year from homebase and the Christmas tree expert, Liam, who does a fantastic job of explaining everything and helping you choose the right tree for your home, netting it, sawing the bottom off so it's perfectly ready to go in your Christmas tree stand and taking it to your car as an extra bonus. Legend. Top work. 5 stars. Always will never go to anyone else to buy a Christmas tree. Liam is a credit to Homebase.
