Very friendly and knowledgeable.

My order was loaded on a trolley, by the time I arrived, ready for me to load into my car. Very helpful staff.

Greeted at the door by jolly staff, despite arriving 10mins before shop was due to shut, and very quickly found my click and collect order... a very smooth collection, would definitely recommend.

Really bad fitting tools.

When arriving to the store I was served immediately for my click and collect.
I was straight away asked if I'd like some assistance to get a large 6ft x 6ft fence panel to my vehicle.
A gentleman called James helped me to my car and load the fence panel checking I was happy before returning to the store.
He was so helpful nd made what was going to be a difficult job to do on my own very easy. Top job James!! You made my visit stress free! Thank you!

My husband and I bought a garden table and 6 chairs at the Barnstaple store. Customer assistant Luke was very helpful in locating the furniture for us from the stock room, together with his colleague Andy.
We were not sure if the table would fit into our car and Luke wheeled the furniture out and helped us to get it into the car.
Andy kindly offered to deliver it later if it would not fit! Great customer service. Thank you guys!

The staff in our Barnstaple store are always excellent. They go out of their way to be helpful & are ready to sort out the slightest problem. Jim, the Manager was as usual exceedingly helpful to us today when an item we purchased had been tampered with, its packaging resealed & a part was missing.

Whenever I visit your store in Barnstaple the staff are always so friendly and helpful. It’s my preferred DIY store now, because of this. On my last visit Neil was extremely helpful when I asked for some joinery advice and Izzy was also very kind and helpful too, as she always is. Well done Barnstaple team.
