Was told parts missing on Tuesday the 27th was told they would call me but didn’t so came on Saturday 31st just to be given my order which I asked was it all there with no answer and parts are missing and box had been opened so not happy Dee from Homebase has phoned me and has apologised and I have received my full refund so all is good

I had bought a salix tree in memory of my mum
from the store was very disappointed that within 24 hours the tree had died
I was purchasing other items the following week and mentioned to the cashier about the tree she explained that I could bring it back with proof of purchase and she would see what she could do
So I took it back to customer service where I was given a full refund
I noticed that there were still some trees on sale so I bought another as I desperately wanted one I have to the this one is growing really well so thank you for your customer service Janet

I returned a garden hose reel which I purchased for my son but found he all ready had one.
I didn’t have the receipt but showed Dee on my phone the transaction date. She found the transaction on your computer so very kindly gave me a fill refund. Dee was pleasant and nothing was too much trouble for her. So ten out of ten for Dee thank you
