Absolutely first class service from Andy…
Absolutely stellar service from Andy Taylor (kitchens) at Homebase Basingstoke. There were numerous issues with AO trying to arrange disconnection of gas kitchen appliances and installation of new electric ones. These difficulties were even more pronounced as I live miles away and was arranging remotely after one shop visit for my elderly mother in Basingstoke. It took 4 attempts to get it right with AO but Andy was so helpful and sorted everything from his end. I can't say enough to recommend Homebase Basingstoke as even if you get issues with the third party involvement of AO you can be confident they will help sort them out. Andy deserves a medal on this one!

replacement bulb
I had to get a replacement bulb, not difficult, but as the bulb was at least 10 years old things change I asked a member of staff who was extremely helpful and found one that would replace the one that had died, it looked different but was great.

Fantastic customer service!
Denise and Lisa were fantastic in helping us choose furniture for our first home. They both went above and beyond to help in anyway they could. I’d highly recommend these two ladies when looking for furniture or anything else!

Customer service
I had to return some goods and had lost my receipt. The following members of staff were excellent in tracing my purchase and giving me a gift card. Huge thanks to Richard, Nessie and Nicola for sorting this out for me. It was nice to have an excellent customer service.

Everything that was ordered for Click & Collect was already loaded on a trolley making it much easier to unload into the car. The assistant was very helpful and friendly.
