Quick process of ordering and collecting. Staff polite and friendly.

Never enough staff on the till. Only one person on today who was dealing with everything; enquiries, collections and sales. I asked if they could request someone else and was told there was no one else. I asked for a manager and was told there was no manager!

Order ready to collect, minimal waiting time and dealt with in a pleasant manor

Odering online was super simple everything I needed to know was easy to find. I already had an account so logged in and paid. Was told a delivery day.
Day before had a reminder text message early delivery day I had a message to say a rough time slot. Half hour beforehand a phone call from the delivery drivers was perfect.
Very pleased with our new garden table and chairs very sturdy exactly like the online description

Great price and very quick and easy pickup

One lady trying to run the checkout and click and collect desk, bless her. Running back and forth between the two. Wrong label stuck on my order (wrong name) so took a while to sort out. I used click and collect as I thought it would be quicker, silly me.

I ordered all my paint when it was on offer and it was delivered free and it was all with me by the end of the week .The driver placed it on my wheelie bin so i didn't have to bend down to pick it up very helpful and friendly

The gentleman in store was so helpful in finding the items I was looking for. Nothing was too much trouble. The store was Homebase Biggleswade and the gentleman was Bailey. Visit 2nd June.

No complaints. I did a click and collect service.

3 of 5 items I ordered were picked wrong. I only noticed one was wrong in store but that one item nobody could find so ended up swapping it for an inferior product. Mind you we did wait 15mins for the paint dept expert to become free at which point I gave up and swapped the item as neither myself or another member of staff could fine the correct one.
Very disappointed especially as I was going to order elsewhere which could have delivered 1 day instead chose to use homebase collection which is a 20min drive and I ended up with 3 incorrect items but its too far away for me to go back again so ordered correct items elsewhere.

I've been scouring three counties for the hanging baskets I wanted - with no luck! Looked online, found them in Homebase, ordered and collected in just one day. What a brilliant service! Thanks indeed

Ordering easy.
Collection, as quick as expected on a busy Sunday afternoon.
Getting home to find part of item damaged, not great.
Contacted Homebase, no solution available other than return to store, great, 40 mile round trip for a piece of plastic that could be ordered and sent out.

I found a great BBQ at a very good price. It took 10 days to deliver but I am impressed with the quality now it is unpacked and assembled

Building materials order all picked and ready to collect within 45 mins of placing the order.
