Very easy process and great customer service.

Today I did the shopping at Home Base Kings Heath. It was a pleasant experience. The staff is friendly and willing to help you. Sharon, the smiling, friendly lady at the cash register with a very positive vibe made my day start very pleasant. Thank you.

In Homebase buying a few things and had a nice experience at check out a pleasant person Sharon and I know it's her job but she was nice and helpful and made it nice.

Had a really positive experience today in homebase. I needed to get some paint mixed and wasn't sure exactly what I needed but was assisted by Justin. He was really helpful and very chatty and sorted exactly what I wanted. It was so nice to be served by someone so pleasant and helpful - thank you.
