Visited your store today, 28th January to get some paint which was out of stock in Maxwells. We were helped by two lovely members of staff who retrieved the last tin that we needed from the top shelf. We were also give a brochure for a future house project of revamping our bedroom.

Absolutely disgusting service in store and through customer services. Kitchen designer measured my actual kitchen and then ordered a kitchen bench and plinth which was too short. When I went into the shop to explain he said well that’s what you ordered and there is nothing we can do . I was then asked by the shop manager if I could stick a bit onto the end of the bench???? £3000+ kitchen!!! It was then agreed the store would buy the new bench and plinth and then get the fitter they recommend to sort it out . Over eight weeks later he came for 45 minutes to fix it. I could not get my kitchen tiled and therefore was not able to use the hob for safety reasons. Customer services did not ring back in 24 hours and when I asked to escalate my complaint they have said the store will ring me. I thought this was a decent professional company. I would guess if I had been male I would not have been treated like this. Absolutely disgusted.
