The only 4 left in stock were split bags. Not good

Ordered 3 points of paint to collect. Drove 45 mins to get there after getting the text to say it was all there and ready. When collecting, she said did someone ring you to tell you we didn't have one of them!! No was my answer. Can't be that difficult can it??

I paid for 2 items to be delivered on specific day, to my surprise only 1 was delivered. I've been going back fourth with customer service. It's took 6 days to get my other parcel. Customer Service is a joke

Absolutely disgusted with the service received from Homebase and will never be buying from you again!! Ordered a bathroom cabinet on line took my money then phoned to tell me the store actually didn’t have one. Told refund would take 3-5 working days and asked for money back sooner and promised it would be with me in a couple of hours which didn’t happen. Meanwhile I looked at some different ones and ordered them and when we got to the store for collection and they were chipped and in disgusting state and we were then told that was because they were x display which I hadn’t been informed about. We got a refund but again told 3-5 working days but now have no proof of refund as she couldn’t offer me anything and the member of staff that serviced us her attitude stank absolutely no customer service. Homebase you and your staff are shocking!!
