Customer service above and beyond.Thank you to Janos for being so helpful, and beyond kind yesterday whilst we shopped for stone to finish our courtyard. Helping us to the car with the trolly and then even loaded into the boot whilst I got my children into my car.

Such kindness, very much appreciated.

Visited homebase today in bury St Edmunds, friendly staff and was served by jade who put up with my vituperative humour !

Jade was a pleasure and eager to help.

Asked a staff member where something was and she was very unhelpful in where it was and we never found it. Also asked her if they had another product, very simple item and she looked at me as if I was crazy for asking if they sold it. Some prices on products are expensive compared to other places.

Served by Samantha who was really helpful and cheerful.

The staff member who was serving was exceptionally helpful kind and efficient I have experienced her on duty before and she was exactly the same so she is a true tribute to your company. There were a number of garden centre items that I had taken to pay for and two were not priced the assistant was calm and went to sort it out reassuring me that it was not my fault as I became anxious that I was causing a queue this was really reassuring and compassionate,a rare but life affirming experience especially these days I feel.Her name is Samantha her operator number is 235033 BSE store.

I was served by Jade very friendly and helpful

Jade dealt with me today. She really put herself out to help me get the right colour paint I wanted, then at the till there was a question over the price and she sorted that out and I got the discount as sign wasn't clear. All done with a smile.

I bought three bags of gravel unaware that there was a offer on which was 4 bags for the price of three. Jade, who served me pointed this out and got a colleague to bring me a fourth bag for free.

Really quick, helpful and polite service from Jade

I took a gamble and returned some paint without a receipt. I didn't expect to be able to but was pleasantly surprised. The person who was behind the counter, 'Ellen' was very helpful and kind. She allowed me to exchange for other items in the shop. I will definitely shop there again. Homebase Bury St Edmunds.

Car park quite tight . Got the paint I needed . Roller packs were all over the place so not easy to find the right one . 15% off was good . Jade on the till was friendly

I feel the staff here go the extra mile with customers and I observe that even though this store seems very understaffed, the existing staff do the very best they can with patience and interest. Commendable!
