Kind and friendly….

Two people helped me choose what I needed. I found them both kind and friendly.
I didn’t have the time to compare prices with anyone else but I guess it was okay…

Kathryn (in the Garden section) is excellent!

I was searching for products to help rid me of pests in and around my home. Somehow I ended up in the Garden section where Kathryn redirected me to the correct area, recommended several products, provided information for the online store all while and maintaining a professional and delightful disposition. I will be returning for her expertise in the very near future.

I went for gardening goods …
Also bought a solar lantern in bronze!
Totally happy with my purchases today…
Check out was quick and efficient - I was served by Ashley who was very polite and helpful!

Quick service, disappointing compost bags were split

We used the click and collect and it was a very quick and easy. The only issue was when we got home we notice two of the bags were split one compost and one bark bag and there was a lot of water in the back of our car boot, very annoying but couldn’t be bothered to go back and inform Homebase. Next time we will check them before we leave the store.

It would help if they did not have to…

It would help if they did not have to search the store to find it. Click and Collect is supposed to save time.

Catherine was excellent

Catherine was excellent help and gave good advice for woodstaining my bench.
Great conversation and really likeable.
However because homebase couldn't colour copy a woodstaining I went elsewhere.

Ashley is great!

We have been dealing with a moth infestation so we went to Homebase to look for an insecticide and immediately Ashley was extremely helpful! He directed us to where we needed to go and then served us when we came back later and had a great attitude and went above and beyond with his customer service helping us with exactly what we needed!! A true asset to Cambridge Homebase and helped us tackle our moth problem, thank you!
