We came to look at the BBQ selection on sale and ended up leaving with a BBQ and gas . The staff member Mark was courteous, knowledgeable and went out of his way to make sure we received the service we needed and made the purchase we wanted free from any hassle.

Easy process ordering on line last night and ready for collection first thing this morning.
A kind lady called Debbie at the Christchurch branch took it out to my car and put it in.the car. All completed in a couple of minutes.

I needed a new rotary clothes line, I checked the website and found that there was one avaliable I click and collected the item.
I received a text within about 20 minutes say the item was ready for collection.
I visited the store and was served within about 5 minutes

Not ideal service. I turned up to collect my item after receiving a text message and driving for 30 minutes in Bank Holiday traffic only to be told my item was not in stock in branch and I would have to wait 24 hours for it to be received from another branch! Not great customer service really!
